PURPOSE
Industrial Química Riojana, S.A. (hereafter the provider), administrator of the website, makes this document available to users with the aim of complying with the obligations imposed in Law 34/2002, relating to the Information and Electronic Commerce Business Services (LSSI-CE), as well as informing all website users about the website conditions of use.
Any person accessing the website accepts the role of user, agreeing to observe and comply with the dispositions herein listed, as well as any other legal regulation applicable.

Criteria used for holding the data: the data will be kept for a maximum period of 30 DAYS except in cases where the data must be kept to prove that acts have been committed against the integrity of persons, goods or installations or when the data is provided to the courts and law enforcement.
Legal basis for handling the data: the legal basis for handling the information is based on the legitimate interest of the Responsible company to safeguard the security of personnel, property, installations and goods.

Divulging of the data:  the data will not be divulged to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so or it is required for maintaining and developing the relationship between both parties or to provide services, including but not limited to the following:- Administraciones Públicas competentes, para el cumplimento de la normativa aplicable.

- Competent Public administrations, to comply with the applicable regulation.
- Financial/banking institutions for managing collections and payments.
